About this store

These terms apply to purchases and use of chaolr.com, operated under the Chaolr brand and hosted by Shopify. For questions, email chaolrii@gmail.com. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. The total and any applicable taxes or shipping charges are displayed before you authorize payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error occurs or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for the canceled portion. We will not charge a revised price without your agreement.

Products and safe use

Product contents, quantities and specifications are described on the relevant product page. A pair of earrings contains two earrings. Our four-item set contains three earring pairs and one necklace, as listed on its page. Lighting effects and displayed colors may vary with mode, ambient light and screen settings. Follow the supplied charging and care instructions. Do not use damaged charging equipment or continue using a product that becomes damaged or unusually hot. Stop wearing jewelry if irritation occurs. Small parts and charging accessories should be kept away from young children.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment may fulfill your order, but Chaolr is your seller and customer-service contact. A purchase here is not an Amazon.com order and does not automatically qualify for Amazon Prime or Amazon marketplace guarantees.

Website use and content

Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation or infringe another person's rights. Product images, branding and website content belong to Chaolr or their respective rights holders and may not be reused commercially without permission. We may correct errors and update listings; policy changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an order already placed.

Privacy and support

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. If you have an order issue, contact us with your order number so we can work toward a resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
